Don Renfro worked with The Corky McMillin Companies from 1999 to 2011 in acquisitions support, product review and business plan achievement. He was a member of the debt and equity team for securing debt and equity for land, home building and commercial projects.

Don also worked for a large San Diego based REIT in acquisitions, asset management and operations adding $900 million in apartments, retail and office assets to their portfolio.

Don joined DLM Properties as an acquisition and asset manager in 2019. He is passionate about continuing to build a strong portfolio with high yielding assets. He utilizes the good stewardship practices he obtained while working with The Corky McMillin Company every day. Don’s expertise and aligned values makes him an intricate member of the DLM Properties Team.
