In 2011, Dan McMillin graduated from SDSU. Born and raised in San Diego, Dan grew up in the real estate investment culture, led by his father and grandfather.

Following his family’s example, Dan co-founded DLM Properties in 2015. He works directly with their property managers ensuring that their investment portfolios perform and meet expectations.

Dan’s passion for the family business also extends to off-road racing. Dan has been racing since 2003 and is currently racing the #23 Trophy Truck. Dan delivered a big win in 2020, taking first place Overall at the Baja 500 for McMillin Racing.
